MDRX POM piston head ring glider (x2)
POM ring glider, to ensure a perfect sliding motion between the piston head and the cylinder, avoiding metal to metal contact with a low friction polymer. This is a wearing part; it needs to be replaced during the upper gearbox maintenance.
