Withdraw from contract

Use the form at the bottom of this page to cancel your order or withdraw from your contract with us. You do not need to sign in or give a reason.

Your right to cancel

If you bought as a consumer in the UK, the EU or the EEA, you can cancel at any time from placing your order until 14 days after the day you receive it. If your order arrives in more than one parcel, the 14 days run from the day you receive the last one.

Our own change of mind returns run for 30 days from the day you receive your item, on the terms in our Refund Policy. You can use this form for those too.

A few items are not covered by the 14-day right, such as goods made to your specification. Our Refund Policy lists them.

What happens next

• We email you to confirm we have received your withdrawal. The email includes a copy of what you sent and the date and time you sent it.
• Your withdrawal is in time if you send it before the 14 days end.
• If we have already sent your order, send the items back to us within 14 days of telling us. Our address is Ebog-Designs LTD, 19 Park Hill Avenue, Leicester, LE2 8HQ, United Kingdom. You pay the return postage. If an item is faulty, damaged or wrong, tell us first and we will pay the return postage.
• We refund what you paid, including the standard delivery charge, to your original payment method within the time limits set out in our Refund Policy. If you handled an item more than you needed to check it, for example by fitting it, we may deduct an amount for its loss in value.

You can also email info@ebog-designs.co.uk, write to us at the address above, or sign in to your account to request a return. Any clear statement that you want to cancel is enough.

What to put in the form

• your name
• the email address we should send your confirmation to
• your order number, for example #14663, from your order confirmation email
• the items you are cancelling, if it is not the whole order

Then press Confirm withdrawal to send it to us.
