Edgi Custom Works 630mm AEG inner barrel in stainless steel, 6.01mm bore.

On an AEG or HPA rifle there is plenty of air behind the BB, so the barrel is there to steer it straight rather than to speed it up. Every barrel is hand-lapped and finished by Edgi so the bore stays consistent over its full length.

This listing is a single fixed specification: 630mm long, stainless steel, 6.01mm bore, AEG window cut. At 6.01mm this is the tightest bore Edgi offer, which grips the BB hardest and rewards clean, well-sorted ammunition. There is nothing to configure here — if you need a different combination, order the made-to-order version instead.

Fitment: any platform taking a 630mm barrel with an AEG cut. Measure the barrel you are replacing before ordering — length is what decides whether it sits correctly against your hop unit.

Stock size. Every Edgi part is cut to order, so we keep the sizes that sell most on the shelf ready to ship rather than have you wait for one to be made — this is one of them. Fitting & Returns

Unfitted, unmarked parts in their original packaging can be returned for a full refund if you ask within 30 days of receiving them. Fitted or altered parts usually can too, less a deduction for any loss in value. Made-to-order items and gift cards have different return rules.

If a part is faulty, not as described or not what you ordered, there's no deduction, even if you've fitted it. Damage from incorrect fitting after delivery isn't a fault, unless it was caused by wrong or incomplete instructions, whether they came with the part or from us.
