Edgi Custom Works 138mm GBB inner barrel.

In a gas pistol the barrel is short and the amount of gas behind each BB is fixed, so a tighter, more consistent bore is what lifts group size rather than any gain in power. Every barrel is hand-lapped and finished by Edgi to hold that consistency down its whole length.

Choose on this page: material (brass or stainless steel) and bore (6.01, 6.03, 6.05mm). On bore, the tighter 6.01 holds the BB more firmly and rewards clean, well-sorted ammunition, while a looser bore is more forgiving of dirt and BB tolerance. The stainless steel is the harder-wearing of the two materials and is priced above the brass.

Fitment: gas blowback pistols taking a 138mm barrel. This is the length Maple Leaf use for the Hi-Capa 6" in their own hop-up sets. Measure the barrel you are replacing before ordering — length is what decides whether it sits correctly against your hop unit.

Stock size. Every Edgi part is cut to order, so we keep the sizes that sell most on the shelf ready to ship rather than have you wait for one to be made — this is one of them. If you need a different length, material, bore or window cut, order the made-to-order version and Edgi will make it to your spec.

Fitting & Returns

Replicas vary between makers and production batches, so a part can sometimes need work to fit. If you're not confident fitting it yourself, we recommend using an airsoft tech. Not sure a part suits your replica? Email info@ebog-designs.co.uk before you order.

Unfitted, unmarked parts in their original packaging can be returned for a full refund if you ask within 30 days of receiving them. Fitted or altered parts usually can too, less a deduction for any loss in value. Made-to-order items and gift cards have different return rules.

If a part is faulty, not as described or not what you ordered, there's no deduction, even if you've fitted it. Damage from incorrect fitting after delivery isn't a fault, unless it was caused by wrong or incomplete instructions, whether they came with the part or from us.
