Product Information

UK power limit: In Great Britain a replica only counts as an airsoft gun in law if it cannot fire a BB with more than 2.5 joules at the muzzle, or 1.3 joules if it can fire more than one shot per trigger pull (Firearms Act 1968, section 57A). Above that level it is not an airsoft gun, and section 57 of the Act treats it as a firearm. This item, or one of its options, can take a replica above that limit and is sold for use only where the law allows it. In Great Britain you are responsible for keeping any replica you fit it to within the legal limit.

Edgi Custom Works upgrade spring for the Ares Striker.

Offered in 450, 500 and 550 FPS. Treat the rating as nominal rather than a guaranteed figure: what you actually chrono depends on your cylinder volume, bore, piston weight and BB weight.

Wound for the Striker's own spring guide and cylinder rather than cut down from a VSR spring, so it sits square without needing a spacer to take up the slack.

Fitment: Ares Striker.

Check your site limits before fitting a higher-power spring. UK sites set their own velocity ceilings for bolt-action rifles, usually with a minimum engagement distance, and will chrono your rifle before you go on.

Fitting & Returns

Replicas vary between makers and production batches, so a part can sometimes need work to fit. If you're not confident fitting it yourself, we recommend using an airsoft tech. Not sure a part suits your replica? Email info@ebog-designs.co.uk before you order.

Unfitted, unmarked parts in their original packaging can be returned for a full refund if you ask within 30 days of receiving them. Fitted or altered parts usually can too, less a deduction for any loss in value. Made-to-order items and gift cards have different return rules.

If a part is faulty, not as described or not what you ordered, there's no deduction, even if you've fitted it. Damage from incorrect fitting after delivery isn't a fault, unless it was caused by wrong or incomplete instructions, whether they came with the part or from us. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Upgrade parts are sold for use within the legal power limits that apply where you are.

Finishes can vary slightly between batches, and colours can look different on screen.

None of this affects your statutory rights.
