Unfitted, unmarked parts in their original packaging can be returned for a full refund if you ask within 30 days of receiving them. Fitted or altered parts usually can too, less a deduction for any loss in value. Made-to-order items and gift cards have different return rules.

If a part is faulty, not as described or not what you ordered, there's no deduction, even if you've fitted it. Damage from incorrect fitting after delivery isn't a fault, unless it was caused by wrong or incomplete instructions, whether they came with the part or from us. Upgrade parts are sold for use within the legal power limits that apply where you are.
